Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up, please reschedule within 12 hours of appointment time or a 30% fee of service booked will be charged. No call/No show will be charged 100% fee of service booked.
Late policy • I have a 5-15 minute grace period, because certain services require a specific time to complete, if you are more then 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged a 50% fee of service booked. Arriving late to your facial will cut into your own service time. Please be considerate.
